Just before you reach the state park, you’ll find our unique community of 99 town homes, 300 Ocean Mile of  St. George Island. It’s more than a vacation destination. It’s an experience that keeps people coming back year after year.

Our town homes range from one to three bedrooms, making them the perfect accommodations for an entire family vacation or a couples get-a-way. If your family includes those with four legs, they are welcome too.  Our beaches and community grounds are dog friendly.
